Is it possible to receive long distance calls with Quebec Coverage?

If you are in the "subscription" zone (ie. Quebec + Ottawa) I can't see why not (calls don't always come with originating number, so cannot be identified as LD). If you are outside, then I suspect not.

Yeah. You don't need long distance addons to make long distance calls. You need to be in Quebec though to receive the calls.

Good day Dominic,
Receiving long distance calls is the as receiving local calls.
So, as long as you are in your plan zone (Quebec, Canada, or Canada+ US), you receive long distance calls without extra fee.
