A call hangs up?

Can not take out calls normally
Every two minutes the conversation hangs up
what can we do?

Seems others had the same issue 4 days ago but it's supposed to be fixed: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1838023-phone-hangs-1-39mins
I would try and contact Fizz (I did say try lol).

My mother has the same problem with her fizz line... it was never resolved for her

You should contact Fizz either through chat or the contact form in your account, If they don't get enough complaints the WILL NOT fix it in the foreseeable future.

I had calls dropping after two minutes. It was random but it stopped happening lately. Contact Fizz...
