When to chargeback?

Hello,
I've cancelled me membership on December 1st. I have yet to receive a refund for my plan, even though I canceled during the trial period. I've reached out the chat, which has not been helpful. Now, I'm unable to reach chat.
So how much longer should I wait until I chargeback? My refund was supposed to be automatic according to Fizz's website.

2 weeks seems more than enough wait. It probably should have been done within 3 business days.
If your patient enough, perhaps you could wait until the time your first billing cycle would have occurred just in case it only checks at that moment?15 -
File a complaint. When you say it has not been helpful - did you mean you were unsuccessful in reaching them? Or did you chat with them and they basically would not honour the cancellation refund? In case it is the former, you can try to get through to them on Facebook in addition to the Fizz chat which is sporadic at best.13

That works too, but you will have to wait few days before they answer, from an e-mail address you can't reply to.

I found FB messenger has some people who know what his doing. Contact form is full of staff has no knowledge. They don't even bother to check your profile before answering. Need tell them again and again what happened. Repeat 2 or 3 times is very normal.4
