Voice and Text only plan - Is data disabled?

I don't want data and want to use iPhone (secondary line) with only voice and text. Will data be disabled?
Don't want any accidental use of Data. Popped the SIM and saw 3G sign was active.

This is a prepaid service. You will not be charged any extras. Keep your wallet empty as well unless you want to buy add-ons.

No data. I start without data and can't access Internet without adding money in wallet.

3G and LTE doesn't mean you have data access if it's not in your plan.
With Fizz if you have no data plan you just wont have access to internet.
To be more effective, deactivate mobile data on your phone!
