Can't receive or send MMS. Does it work for you guys ?

I already posted about this but I did not get any solution, so I'm trying again.
I can't send or receive MMS(photos, videos, contacts, ringtones, etc. sent by text) . I'm using a Google Pixel 3 using the default texting app, connected to H+(data) and wifi is off.
I have a data and texting plan with fizz.
My APN settings are the following exactly like shown on https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Also chat bubble doesn't show on my account, even if ad block is off. So I can't contact anyone.
Everything else seems to work at the moment. Except LTE obviously.

Before I can't receive, nor send MMS. After I did a few times on APN setting. (same as yours https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn ) I can receive MMS just fine, but sending MMS only work with Videotron phone. Can't send to any other provider. Tried Rogers and Freedom, simply don't work.10
