Do my minutes (long-distance calls) roll over?

My plan includes 500 minutes to another country, if I don’t use them all in one month, do the remaining minutes get roll over to the next month or that “roll over” thing is just for data?

It appears that the rollover applies to data only - but this is purely speculative based on the info available on the Fizz website.
