No LTE for iPhone X in DT Montreal?

what is the problem here? i just switched to fizz today and i realized that there is no LTE anywhere I go using my iPhone? is there an issue? or it just doesn't support iPhone 4G band? I am referred by a friend who has 4G using an Android....

There is and issue with LTE, that should be fix this week-end with a major update on Fizz network.

Poor guy, switches providers and expects actual working service, asks a question on a forum and is hit with jaded replies because the entire client base is already fed up with the service after less than a month... the worst.
