Update regarding upgrades and pricing?

Just finished a chat with a Fizz agent (using the Fizz bubble, no less).
1) Promotional pricing will be extended beyond December 19.
2) Upgrade data is additive. Eg: If
you apply 250MB and 500MB upgrades simultaneously, you get the sum (750MB), that is, 500MB does not supersede the 250MB upgrade. Also, you have 70 days (not sure where the agent got that number) to apply an upgrade. It lasts for 2 years once applied.

I have a feeling the agent meant 90 days to apply an upgrade, but typed 70 days twice when I asked to confirm this...

Wait so after 70 days the upgrade is gone? thats kinda odd. If it takes you more than 70 days to get the next upgrade, you only have the choice to apply the new upgrade and you won't able to go back and choose a smaller upgrade?

70 days is odd. Anyone knows what happens if I add an upgrade, then activate a new sim card on my account (porting in number), then cancel my current sim. Would the upgrade apply to the new sim? If no one knows, I'll contact Fizz tomorrow and ask.

We have only one slot for upgrades even if we get to level 2. So we have to get to level 3 within 70 days after getting to level 2. Otherwise, we will lose one upgrade.
