How do I get LG V30 to use LTE instead of 4G?

Hi I have a LG v30 that I was previously using with FIDO and would get LTE no problem, I just switched to Fizz and I am only getting 4g,is there a reason for this ?

Many customers are only getting H+ data at the moment, due to some network problems that happened last weekend. They plan to fix this next week. Nothing you can do at this moment.
