Might we be compensated for being part of the "launch period"? We are paying for a service that we are not getting. Using my phone for work and I did not know of all the shortcomings of the service at the moment.

Good question and valid point, but only Fizz can answer that question.21

Yeah, would be great if we could!18

I have a feeling that they will chalk it up to introductory discounted pricing due to testing. If they are anything like Videotron, you're not going to get much out of them if anything.19

From my understanding the "Introduction price" is the compensation for all troubles and service interruption.19

It would be nice but I believe it was mentioned, perhaps in the TOS, that is has to be 48 hours or more, or something along those lines.16

So far Fizz excluded any compensation stating that in their terms and conditions outage must be more than 48h to claim a compensation.18

It would be interesting to know what is exactly considered outage. Total outage or partial?16

I very much doubt there will be any compensation. Although saying the "final" service was going live on Dec. 19 made it seems like it should be 100% it's definitely not the case.16

According to Service Agreement user can claim a compensation if service is interrupted and on usable for more than 48 hours17

Well the LTE service we are paying for has been unusable for more than 48hrs...16

I don't have any Internet connection for 3 days now. I guess I ask for a compensation13

It’s unlikely that they compensate us12

I just hope if they can get everything working just right so there's no need of compensation talk anymore.9

The only compensation ( Satisfaction) is to take your business to a real provider. That'll teach them.

Note that Fizz removed the December 19 introductory pricing deadline from their website. Perhaps this means that we will continue to benefit (benefizz?) from those prices going into the foreseeable future, or at least another billing cycle. Again, this is entirely speculative. Fizz has yet to address this...7

Can we get a confirmation on whether the intro pricing has been extended past December 19 2018?6
