Hey, you'll need to get your old account number. What was your old service provider so I can help walk you through the process of porting your number?

If you already have a sim card activated with Fizz, you will have to activate another one and do the porting during the activation process. Then cancel your first sim. You can't port after activating a sim.

When you get to step 6 you will be able to port your number. Make sure that you have the account number of the provider you are leaving from.
