Turn off imessage and facetime, restart the phone, re-enable them.6

Hi, have you tried rebooting your phone, it may just require a "refresh", by doing so it will reconnect to the Videotron/Bell/Rogers towers. If not then I'd recommend contacting Fizz support either through Facebook Messenger or using this website. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us .6
