Looks like the date of December 19 has been removed from Fizz's website.

Seems like it. I don't think anyone would join paying full prices given the last two outages. For those of us on the side line it gives us some more time to see if things pan out.22

Removed indeed! It being mentioned somewhere is probably a left-over they forgot to touch up. They'll update the website again once they know the date it they will end it.20

According to Fizz Facebook page:
The mobile introductory prices will end next April. Why not make the most of it by inviting a friend to join Fizz, you will both earn a $25 referral bonus.
Also on their Facebook page:
Regarding your question, all new customers that will subscribe starting with the end of introductory prices will have the new pricing available, the existing customers will have the possibility to enjoy the introductory prices as long as they don't change their plans.1
