A lot of problems around here and a lot a guessing but I wonder if is there anybody that actually managed to get his issue solved with the help of customer service?

Earlier in the beta period, I was able to make and send texts, but not get calls or texts. They managed to solve that problem a few days after I spoke to them. That was in October. No other problem I've had since has been fixed.14

Ten days ago I opened a ticket due to my inactive data meter and I haven't heard anything about it since.13

Same here... this situation is pretty chaotic. Are they going to go fully live (normal prices) after December 19? I don't think they should...15

The hardest part for me was getting a hold of support. My issue was resolved as well. That was a month ago.12

Prior to switching to Fizz, I was receiving one, even two replies per day about specific account pricing questions and services offered - interestingly, the rate of replies declined after I switched... issues since switching have remained unresolved. Also, all but one of the exchanges were through Facebook and not through the Fizz chat.12

That's a good question. I haven't had any problems that affected only me, so I've never tried to get a problem resolved with them yet. But nonetheless the answer is clearly yes, they do sometimes solve the problem, because I have read several threads where it has happened and there are one or two examples in this thread already. The success rate does not seem nearly as high as it should be, however, which does make me worry about the day when I eventually do experience a big problem (that is only affecting me).7
