A lot of people have had this problem. Many have got it working again by creating a new apn file on their phones. I don't know why it works, but it seems to. If you're on iphone, sorry I don't know how it works for those.

But, even if you get it working, it is likely to only be H+ (3G) they don't seem to have fully restored things since Friday.

My phone says 4G, Speed Test says 3G, but I get Internet at about 7 Mbs (Dorval).
