Is anyone having mobile data issues?

It's been a couple of days that I have no mobile data connection on my fizz sim. I can send and receive calls and texts but when it come to LTE there is no connection. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

After Friday's black out, some people have found that they don't get any data unless they re-install the apn settings. Either they were corrupted by the outage somehow, or are now being ignored by the network for some reason, but re-installing has worked for several people.4

Try to re-install your apn settings and see if that helps. It has worked for some people.13

Even if you get data back, it is likely to be via H+ (3G), at least it is for many of us.14

Besides the Friday problem, my data connection has always been OK, not sure about the speed though.
My data only plan on MotoE 2nd Gen worked on Videotron APN (previously), also Fizz.11 -
3G only for since yesterday. This is not what I paid for! $46 Can/US plan. Still in Beta. This is unacceptable! We should all demand a full credit until its completely resolved!11

Thanks Allison W. I reinstalled the apn like you said and I seem to be stuck on H+. It's better than nothing!6
