Why OCtranspo 560560 service doesn't work with Fizz SMS?
Anybody in Ottawa take bus and text to 560560 to get bus schedule? It works fine with Videotron or Rogers, but not with Fizz.
Fizz should give community member some free addon for the bugs we found for them.
How to use the 560560 service

it looks like it's the same problem than SMS 2-factor authentication. This is doing many weeks they are working on this problem and we don't know when it's going to works.

With the network problems that are going on right now, I highly doubt such SMS services would work right now. Some people can't even send a simple SMS message to another Fizz customer.
It certainly didn't work for me right now. But I will try again when we have full service.20 -
You have to wait, right now they are trying to get the network to be stable, then are going to work on other features.20

I agree with Martin L.
Any SMS from web base party doesn't work for now.
Can't even get SMS from Skype.

Yeah, we can't receive texts from short code numbers, just proper phone numbers. It would make sense to see we can't send to them either.16

I guess all short code won't work. Need wait. I suggest fizz extend your beta test period . It's simply not ready.11
