I transferred the wrong number, how do I getthis corrected?
I just signed up to Fizz this morning and didn't understand why I could make calls out but couldn't receive any calls. I took my phone number with me from my old provider. A few hours later I realized that I apparently switched a digit in the phone number. I accidentally swapped a 6 for a 9. How do I get this fixed?

You'd need to get in touch with support for assistance. Use the chat bubble, facebook or the contact forms.20

It's not transferred unless you have the right account number. So it's a failed transfer. You just need Fizz to correct the transfer request. It's a very hard task for Fizz though. Good luck.6

It's a failed porting. Not a big deal. When you call out, it just showed the number you want port but it doesn't mean anything. Login to fizz.ca, go to my plan, go to contact form and schedule a meeting with Fizz to do the right porting.
Also you'll get an e-mail which said porting failed. It will ask you to schedule a meeting too. just follow.21 -
If the number has been ported, which shouldnt be possible, that sim card is done for, you need to get a new sim card, if not you have to contact customer care through fb messenger or contact forms. Contact forms are more effective. Should be anyway, however they will take a very long time to get your problem fixed. If you want to save time, getting a new sim and starting over would be much faster.19

Alternatively, when the porting fails and you get the email stating so, you can retry the port then, with the correct number.19

Thanks for the info! I have sent a request for support to contact me. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to get resolved. Note that I did not get an email identifying a port fail.18

You’ll probably get an email and a notification on the website sometime tomorrow. You’ll probably be able to fix it from the website after that.17

The porting will fail, They will probably notify you by email and ask you to resubmit.17
