Are network issues a constant problem?

I've only been using Fizz for two weeks.... Both weeks i loose service on Friday until Saturday.... Is this normal?

It was smooth sailing for most until last Friday. Since then, there's been two major outages on fridays, and a smaller one where quite a few people couldn't use sms. I don't think my wife is ready to port her number over.23

Unfortunately this is happening too often and for long periods at a time.16

They probably have no clues of what went wrong. Otherwise, they wouldn't take so much time to fix it.17

If I had known... Network down is not what I call a small drawback... This is a BIG PROBLEM. I just hope this is the last one because at the end of month. I'm gone.14

If you rely heavily on your phone, you should have a back up service on the ready just for calling. The only reason to stick with fizz even though they are having serious issues right now is their incredible pricing, cheapest in canada.7
