Extra VISA Charge when buying SIM card?

When ordering a SIM card the Submit button re-appeared with no other message or indication that my order went through. So I hit submit again. Now I have to $5.65 charges on my VISA - how do I cancel one?

That’s the regular cost of the SIM card. Also the same price for same day delivery. If it was actually a xtra charges, contact fizz directly through messenger or the chat bubble (turn off your pop up blocker).

He means "TWO (not to) $5.65 charges on my VISA - how do I cancel one". Either you take the two card and give one to someone for free, and ask him use your refer code to make $25 - 5.65 = $19.35 profit ,
Or you spend 2 hours to find a Fizz rep to cancel 2nd transaction.
It's up to you.

I would suggest calling Visa and explaining the situation they are probably going to resolve it faster and better than fizz.
