Can you go to My profile -> Referral bonuses and check what it says there, maybe you should manually apply it?
Let us know because if referrals are not working that's a yikes from me.

I’m referral bonuses under my profile15

Good to hear that they are starting to pay out. My second bill is coming up.17

Seems like they will apply it directly to your bill.
If you go to My Plans > Transaction History, that's where you see your bills.

My Reward is in pending
When your friend makes their first monthly Fizz payment, your bonus will be automatically applied to your next payment. You both receive your referral bonus when your referred friend makes their second monthly Fizz payment. Referral bonuses are always applied to the main or default plan on your account.
A Referral Bonus is used up as needed. So if your account is below zero, you do not get a negative amount applied to your account. We use your bonus towards your payment instead of charging your credit card. If your monthly payment is less than your bonus, or if multiple bonuses are activated during the same month, they will all be applied to your next payment — you may end up paying nothing for your plan!

Thanks all. I understand it should be applied to my next bill, but I'd like to see an amount in my account, maybe in the wallet or somewhere.15

Nothing in your transaction history huh?15

I have a few referrals, went to "My Plan", then checked "Transaction history", no $25. Hence, Fizz's "When your friend makes their first monthly Fizz payment, your bonus will be automatically applied to your next payment . . . ." is not working.

According to what I understood, the credit is applied to your next invoice after the person who was referred has paid for their second month. So basically for you it should be applied in your next billing cycle after the person. I also believe that it doesn't go to your wallet, but is applied to your invoice instead.13

From what I understand. It only apply when they need deduct money from your credit card. For example, if you have $30 credit sitting in your account and your next bill is $20. It won't apply, instead the $25 will be applied the month . They'll use the $25 first and charge left on your credit card.11

My question basically is... where do I see my referral credits once I get them?12

Inside somewhere, I can't see it but it's applied to my monthly payment automatically.2

It's stored somewhere as credit. Fizz didn't let you see it yet. Maybe they'll let you know where it is in future.2
