Prepaid plan VS roaming?

I just realize that the great thing with prepaid plan is that you can never accidentally roam and get a 1000$ surprise bills a month later. That correct?

Yes, but roaming is included in your plan. You can get addons if you plan to travel.

Unlike other player, you can only road if you have credit in your account. AKA this is a prepaid phone plan. If you don't have $1000 sitting in your account, no worry
