There are no penalties. Fizz is a prepaid service and you can cancel anytime.

Fizz is all prepaid so no penalties, you have 15 days as a trial period after which should you decide to cancel you would just forfeit the amount you had already paid nothing more. Since you are not on a contract you are free to leave at any time.

If you're not within your 15 day trial, might as well just stick with it until it expires after the month. You've paid for it anyways, and maybe service will improve and you'll decide to continue.

Is there anywhere in the official statement that it talk about the 15 days trial? My friend would like to try it before cancelling with his current provider.
