Do upgrades last forever or for 2 years? Is there a confirmed answer?

Has anyone reached out to Fizz customer service and gotten a definitive answer?

Official statement from Fizz when I contacted them via e-mail:

 

"Hello Emre, 

Thank you for reporting this issue. 

The correct information is the one that appears on our [main] website, every upgrade is valid for two years from the date you apply it.  I will forward a ticket to the specialized team in order to solve this situation. 

Following the resolution, you will be contacted via e-mail at the address *********@********.com.

Upgrades only last for 2 years. If they were to last forever it would be amazing tho. Unfortunately it isnt the case

Just think about it though, if you stay with them for a two year period you will have plenty of time to level up and earn better rewards long before these ever expire.

On the web site, they state that the upgrades are permanent, but who knows, they can change the rules later.

^ Agree. It was one of the point why I switched and chose the plan I have. Maybe it would have been different otherwise!
