The support is extremely slow. I guess maybe less than 10 support staff.

I agree. Videotron has enough money to get Fizz off the ground properly if they wanted it to.

They have a LinkedIn page with 26 employees, almost half of which are marketing, and one "customer happiness" employee. Some of them also list Videotron as their employer. Presumably not all their employees are on LinkedIn or listed as employees of the company, but on the surface it appears that the focus was clearly placed on marketing and recruiting new customers.

Fizz is a cheaper Brand of Videotron ( Like Fido of Rogers, Kudo of Telus etc .... ).
They're at the testing phase ( technic and business level )
