How to report a glitch without the chat bubble?

I can't put my credit card info in on my computer or my phone because of glitches in both platforms. I want to report it and send a screen shot but I have no chat bubble and can't seem to reach anyone. Essentially the "Name" segment of the credit card form will not accept 'n' as a 10th letter, it will accept any letter but 'n', but alas, the 10th letter of my name is 'n'. I can not sign up due to this glitch and I feel like maybe I should stay away from this company if they are still unable to work out their bugs.
