Why can't I make a long distance call in my coverage zone which is Canada?

I am trying to make a long distance call within Canada but it's telling that is out of my coverage zone but I chose coverage Canada in my plan. can anyone help with this?

Are you in Canada? If you are very close to a border it might because it beams to a U.S. tower.
Also if you are trying to reach someone in Canada hat has a U.S. cell phone or any foreign country it will be a long distance call.12 -
If its canada that you chose, ignore the warning, its a bug. Normally you shouldnt be able to make that call at all, without any balance or add on in your plan.13

Mohammad meant that sometime you might hear a message from the system saying that your call is a long distance call. Ignore that you wont be charge if it's your plan.
And Montreal is in deed a good place to start a call in Canada. lol...
