I tried to send a gift and got "You don't have enough data"
I have a data plan and the receiver also has one
I have plenty of data left for the month
Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes I had the same experience, it seems that it's a bug with certains users, try sending it to a different contact to see if the problem persists or not otherwise you have to contact support.16

Others are having this problem as well. I've read that using the person's phone number instead of email works. Maybe give that a try?16

I tried with both email and number to two different users and unfortunately had the same issue.15 -
Yeah, I am having problems accepting gifts lol. It comes in but says it's all used. I've opened up a ticket. I think you'll have to open up a ticket with Fizz as well.15
