Just bought a couple of sim cards but only recieved 1, how can i get the courier to come back ?

You should have received an email saying the sims had arrived, with an option to choose that they weren't received. Start there.

If you're located in Ottawa, it's being shipped by Purolator and I believe it's chaos right now with that shipping company. I ordered sim cards on the 22nd and I'm slowly receiving them one by one (ordered 4 in total).
If you fb message them, ask them for your tracking information. My sim card tracking info looked something like this mess...

Purolator is a mess right now, so you have to wait a bit to receive yours. Mine took 4 days to arrive.
