I have data, but can only browse the web, can't use Gmail app

Web browse has no issue, but everytime open Gmail app, showing no connection to me.
Can't send or receive any email with 4G Data on.

Hi,
Before we proceed, does the gmail application work on wifi? If not, uninstall and reinstall it.
Which type of Phone are you using? If you are on iOs (iPhone), go to SETTINGS / CELLULAR
Make sure your GMAIL app is checked green to allow for cellular data.

What I usually do when email apps no longer have an error is to delete the Gmail account on the phone itself (not the app) and then recreate it. Usually pretty quick.
