I transfer my plan from fido last friday,.still not open any webside .it shows no internet connect.i sent two email to claim this situation but till now no reply.really bad experience.If no one dealing my problem,i have had to cancell!!!!!!!!

Can you call or send text? What phone are you using?

Have you updated your apn settings? It's easy if you're on android, but there are a few tricks to try if you're on iphone.

My phone is iPhone and it’s working good when stay in Fido

That means your port from Fido isn't complete yet. Give it at least 2 days. Make sure your iphone software is IOS 12.1.
