Can I add my Data Perk to a Text/Voice only plan?

Hi, I currently have the Unlimited text and Unlimited Voice plan without Data. Can I add the 250MB Data Perk to my plan? I'm hoping that it would activate picture messaging (MMS). Thanks

You might have to use an add-on in order to initiate data settings to your account, but it should work as is... otherwise it's a nifty way to coarse you into buying something you don't need.

If you are able to redeem it I see no reason why it should not work.

I just realized that I mistakenly wrote Perk instead of Upgrade. My 500MB Perk is active and working, but I can't add the Level 1 250MB upgrade. Not sure if it's just a refresh issue or it's limited to Data plans only, there is no error message. Thanks to all those that have answered.
