Can't use phone and can't reach anyone ?

Phone number was unable to transfer recieved email for call back .everytime I fill out form and try to send error. No chat bubble visible. Sent message on messenger no answer getting very fustrated

Not sure what form you are talking about. Is it the activation form?
It's better to use the Contact Form to reach customer service these days.

Alternatively, you could always try clearing your browser's cookies and cache.

Are you doing this on your phone or desktop? I have had better luck navigating the site using my mobile.
