Hi,
The referral bonus will only appear once both parties (you and your referral friend) pay TWO billing cycles.
Once two billing cycles have been paid, the bonus will appear.

How long ago did you sign up? It may take some time to show up, but you should get a notification in your account about the referral, and it should show as pending in your account under "my profile", "referral bonus".

The bonus will only show up to you as pending once the account of the person who used your code is fully active. If the person is portung his/her current number over, it might take a couple days to activate the account. You’ll get a notification email once the process is over.

There are questions in forums complaining about missing referral bonuses that should have arrived. Fizz has been around for 3 months at least. So there should be some people that should have gotten paid out and some of those people have not.
