How would a billing error affect the renewal of an Introductory rate plan?
Fizz states that you must not cancel or change plans in order to keep the introductory price.
Would a billing error result in a loss of the preferential rate or is a grace period given to resolve such errors?

I read somewhere that there is a 7-day grace period to get things sorted out.

Exactly what Danton said, as soon as you update your credit card, at midnight the next day your payment will be processed!
