I have purchased the addon for international calls (Paid 5$ for the 500min to Colombia, although in my account only say that I have 100min) and already activated the option to make international calls on my account (The Slide is in OFF) but I've tried several times to call to Colombia and always receive the message that my plan doesn't have that option.
How Can I solve this? (And the fact that received 100min instead of 500min)

Hi Peter, thanks for answering. I've tried to chat through messenger but I haven't get any answer. The trick to get the chat bubble doesn't work for me apparently. There's another way to contact support?8

I'm experiencing the exact same issue, but with the Netherlands instead of Colombia. Hope Fizz can figure this out ASAP, I have business to settle and I want to stay in touch with friends and relatives!9
