Which plan I can choose as an Ottawa residence.

I am living Ottawa, and most of time will stay in this city. Which plan I can choose 'Quebec' or 'Canada'?

Quebec coverage includes Ottawa according to the coverage map. So I think technically you can choose Quebec only. However, I tried different plan configurations and just about every one of them has a $2 difference between Canada and Quebec. I would think it makes sense to select Canada just to avoid having to deal with add-ons etc., given that in Ottawa you can be outside of their main coverage area pretty quickly (Carleton place to the west, Kemptville to the south).

I would choose Canada, just in case because even though Ottawa is very close to Quebec, its still in Ontario so you will probably be charged. Although maybe I am wrong and W L. is correct.

I also chose the Canada option while living in Ottawa. But I travel to Toronto quite often so it just made sense for me.
