It has been a few days since you have posted this question, Can you tell us if the problem persists?
If yes, have you checked your Usage? If yes and all looks good, might have to reach out to Customer Service as this may be a technical glitch and because Fizz just launched, you should notify them of those glitches.
To reach them, you can see if theres a green chat bubble on the corner of the page or send them a message via facebook messenger which can take a bit of time but they do get to you.
I hope this problem is already rectified and if you have any additional questions, please let us know!

Yesterday people will be disconnected in domestic calls too. Hope it's fixed by now. Please keep telling fizz and it will be fixed1
