Why I am unable to receive phone calls and messages most of the time?

I am unable to receive the text messages and phone calls at times when anyone tries to contact me.

This is a common problem with Fizz, yet somehow they're coming out of beta on Wednesday...

Try this...it might help.

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile networks > Network operators > Search networks

Choose Fizz EXT

I chose the first one Fizz EXT RAT:LTE

Wait a couple of minutes

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically

This unlocked all the old texts for me and allowed receiving of texts and calls again.
