What are Fizz APN settings for an Windows 8.1 phone?

I cannot get any data of m.y Windows 8.1 phone.Calls and texts are O.K. but no data.

The phone brand nor the OS should not matter. An APN is network specific.
I guess you should have got a configuration message from Fizz.
Go to messages and tap the three dots in the top-right corner and see configuration messages. You can install them from here. (Hard to give precise details as Android versions are different).
