Can't seem to use the express shipping option even though I live in Montreal.

3:15 PM Friday November 9, the express delivery is NOT available for me either in Montreal.
But since the launch date has disappeared from the front page, maybe it has been postponed and you could take a chance on the regular 2 day delivery.
