Hi guys,
Fizz will do my internet installation today. At my house we don't already have the internet cable. Do you know if the technicien will install a new cable from the house to the line in the street?

Yes is going to install the cable and bring it inside your home and test it9

Yes the technician ( it will be a tech from Videotron ) should install a "drop" which is the cable from the outside line of Videotron's network to inside your house.
Short answer YES !
it's part of the installation process !
N.B: Fees might be applied for the installation though !8 -
If you do not already have a coaxial cable line running into your home, the technician will install a new line and test it for you.
There is no additional fee for this new line regardless of whether you choose the free installation or the VIP installation for $30.
