I just have one saying 5ghz and the other 2.4 ghz when you search for the wifi, but have the same name for both. Hopefully that works for you!

You will have to unsubscribe and subscribe again but the good thing is you can cancel any time + you can use a referral bonus to sign up again :) its $50 up to Jan 6th!! Basically a month free

Unfortunately not possible, just as looking at your data consumption on the internet (if you have a home internet package) is not available. The good news is that it is unlimited
