i paid my phone bill but i can't make calls I don't know what's the problem ?

    Did you had problem with the payment?
    If you had problem, after the payment it can take 2-4 hours to reactivate the service.

    You can always try to reboot the phone.

    As Mike mentioned: Did you have problem with the payment?
    It also might help to double check the APN settings, although you should always be able to receive calls and text messages, even without a correctly configured APN.

    If you need a fast answer you may be best to contact Fizz customer service directly , either via Messenger or using the green question mark bubble at the bottom right of your Fizz account during business hours. Good luck!

    Hi Aya,

    If your payement is correct, then you have to wait 2-4hrs. But for faster answers, contact the Fizz support. the Fizz service is very efficient and fast and can be done via Messenger without any problem.

    To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

    1- Log in to your account
    Access is easier

    2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and leave a message on one of the platforms:
    Messenger
    Twitter
    WhatsApp
    iMessage
