Seriously we need an explanation and compensation for this inconvenient. The service is still in Beta mode and I'm paying full price. I want Fizz to compensate me and give me the Beta price cause the service is not reliable at all. Whole day without voice, SMS, data and keep losing all the signal bars to none and come back…

I have had the same issue with twitter or my bank, I reported it to Fizz, now it seems it is working for me. I have received text from twitter or my bank since a week ago.

I am in the same situation as you now it's been like 2 months. Update payment mode or wtv it is, put another credit card, contact Fizz costumer by chat and nothing get resolved yet. Keep faith my friend.

I had the same issue and still has it and ticket was open by Fizz team like it has been a month and plus, still no answer from Fizz team. Good luck!!!
