There is a known problem with receiving short code texts. Fizz are still working on it, but many people report that they still don't work from several companies.10

I have had the same issue with twitter or my bank, I reported it to Fizz, now it seems it is working for me. I have received text from twitter or my bank since a week ago.10

It's very normal. Neither short code SMS, nor short code call work. It's a known bug.5
