Thanks. That's the tricky part, I tried to switch sim cards and phones, in different locations. And it worked. It's just the combinaison of Huawei and Fizz doesn't work. It makes no sense.

Yes I have data, but I can only make and receive some calls. Even calling is problematic, because they drop after 3 minutes.

I am using a huawei g620s-l01, which should be compatible. I can only see the Fizz EXT 2G and 4G, but it can only connect to the 2G. I have this issue since I got the sim card, more than a week ago. Thanks

Same issue in Montreal. My calls drop after 3 minutes. Data not working. This plan is completely useless. Can Fizz fix this?
