Been following your posts today. I’m genuinely curious, is anyone else just not having this issue? I’m not trying to take away from the point being made here but I’ve never once had this issue of data being used out of order. Mine is always by expiration (even when I check multiple times per day it is always pulling from…

Happened to me as well. Contacted support and they cleared it up within 48 hours.
-
Fizz all the way. But who would say otherwise if you ask here...

To follow up on Martin, the add ones expire 30-60 days after you add them, not necessarily “one month”. It’s the end of your next billing period. So buy it the first day of your bill, it will last two months. Buy it the last day of your bill, it will last one month.

Can confirm. I just checked and it’s .30/min if paying from your wallet (this is what I use as I make very few personal phone calls not on my work phone)
-
Never a problem for me so far
-
Yes! I thought I was going crazy. Three calls were made between 11:30am and 3:00am and they dropped 3 times just as you described (beeps followed by a drop 30 seconds later). I tried everything to fix it so I’m glad to see it wasn’t just me.dans Is anyone else experiencing frequent call drops today? Commentaire de Jason B. 35371 janvier 2020

This must be specific to your phone. Do you have unlimited texting? I use 560-560 everyday with Fizz and have never had an issue.
-
Can confirm. Was 0.10/min earlier this week. Now 0.30/min. Not great not to be told about the increase.

I’m always curious what people are doing on their phones where 20gb isn’t enough data lol Genuinely curious, do you not have wifi at your home/work?dans Is Fizz going to offer an unlimited data plan like Rogers? Commentaire de Jason B. 35371 décembre 2019

@Mike, you are correct. Poor wording on my part. Edited it above
-
I use 560-560 every day (as I bus everywhere) and have had zero issues with it! No charge, but I have unlimited texts in my plan.
-
Pretty standard practice for them to be a bit pricey. The idea being that you should be including what you need each month in your actual plan and only relying on add ons in emergencies. That said, the $3.00 for 60 mins (valid until end of next cycle) is a deal in my opinion if you don’t make a lot of calls.

Yes Fizz is an online provider.
-
It seems in the old program there were free calls (and voicemail @ level 3) but that has since changed
-
Leave whenever you want! Best part is so contract locking you in.
-
Est-ce votre ami qui n'a aucune donnée sur son plan?
-
You will need to cancel your old one as posted above. The new one will cost $10 to reorder.
-
Yes, I received two. One for Quebec and one for Ottawa. About an hour apart.
-
Very generous! Happy Holidays to you as well.
-
Je combattrais cela. Je suis passé de Koodo avec zéro problème.

Les modifications doivent être effectuées 48 heures avant votre date de facturation. Désolé.

Pensez également à vérifier auprès de Postes Canada.

Merci Fizz!

Tres généreux.
-
Been great so far!
-
Merci Fizz!

Were you able to get this resolved this morrning? I suspect it was just a delay.
-
It really does sound like the plan was never activated. As others said, contacting support is the way to go

Another maybe obvious thing to note is that changes don't take place immediately. Just because you change your plan doesn't mean it will start until your next billing date.
