Yep, the rollover data is not affected by a plan change if you have it from a previous billing cycle.

It's possible that you weren't on wifi without realizing. Like others mentioned, if you have a data plan, you can ask people to gift you data. You can ask on this forum, on the reddit sub, or the Facebook page.

If you don’t hear back from the site chat, try contacting them via messenger. That’s what I’ve done previously and I always get a reply within a few hours.

If it expires first, then yes.

Me too, Mike is right, you'll have to contact Fizz if a badge should have unlocked but didn't.

Sometimes restarting/ unplugging and replugging the modem does the job. Same thing with router extenders if you are using any. Good luck.

You could try contacting fizz via messenger to see what's going on.

Even if you don’t have a data plan, try turning on the data option on your phone and then you might be able to receive the picture.

I'm not sure if you used the chat on the actual fizz site, but I normally contact fizz through their Facebook page and I get a prompt reply a few hours later. Good luck

Yep, plus tax

Once logged into the fizz site, just click on Overview, and then scroll down and click on "send an invitation". You should receive a few points for discovering your referral code as well, if I'm not mistaken.

Nope, not at the moment

Sometimes simply restarting the router speeds it up significantly

When changing a plan, it has to be at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle

You could modify your plan to make it the cheapest possible, by removing everything in your plan. If you do that, however, you won’t be able to switch it back to the stabilization price

You could try contacting fizz and explaining your dilemma to them, they might be able to help. Since a plan change will only take into effect as of your next billing cycle, you could buy a travel add-on.

You have 90 days to activate it, and even if it's activated on the last day before it expires, it is still good for 30 days
