Your phone will not work in Toronto with your Quebec coverage. You have to change your plan for Canada coverage and it will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

If your billing cycle come after your next trip your only option will be to buy add-on and that will take effect immediately.

Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.9 -

@Alfio, you are correct. You will not see travel add-ons for Canada/US because your plan already covers those areas.
In your case, you will see your availalble options under add-ons.

You could try contacting fizz and explaining your dilemma to them, they might be able to help. Since a plan change will only take into effect as of your next billing cycle, you could buy a travel add-on.4
